Tichenor provides a quarterly staff review process to include the firm pillars, employees self evaluation, career planning and bonuses for the previous quarter.

Tichenor provides reimbursement for membership of all approved industry organizations, licensing fees, high quality AICPA CPE courses, quarterly in-house pillars training, and in person management and partner conference attendance at AGA, AICPA and other organizations.
Tichenor also requires non certified staff participation in the firm’s Path to Pass CPA program which pays for tuition to obtain 30 credits as needed, application fees for the CPA Application and NTS fees, study materials and paid time off to sit for each section of the exam.
